Security procedures

In the interest of your safety, we have implemented new advanced sanitation procedures.

Before the visit

In accordance with sanitary recommendations, telephone verification of patients’ health will occur prior to the visit, i.e. during appointment and confirmation. The verification will include an epidemiological interview in order to:

• rule out the presence of COVID-19 symptoms in the patient,
• rule out contacts with persons infected with coronavirus within the past 14 days,
• rule out travel abroad within 14 days to vulnerable areas.

Visit

Please arrive at the designated time (to avoid contact between patients) without accompanying persons (exception: minors who are invited with one parent or one legal guardian).

Patients arriving for an appointment are bound by the Minister of Health’s decision dated April 9, 2020 to use their own facemasks covering their mouth and nose.

Upon arrival, each patient will be required to disinfect their hands and will be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding their current health status and any contacts with a person infected or suspected of being infected with COVID-19.

We will also ask you to sign an informed consent for a medical treatment during an epidemic period.

The patient’s body temperature will be measured prior to visiting the specialist.

After the visit

After each visit, all surfaces in the offices and waiting room will be disinfected. For this purpose, we have extended the intervals between visits for our patients. We avoid greeting patients by shaking hands.
