Retix C

Treatments using Retix.C products benefit from the effects of combining retinoids and biologically active forms of vitamin C with ingredients that optimise their properties. These substances have long been known in cosmetology as one of the few with proven anti-ageing and antioxidant effects. Retix.C therapies have been developed to treat a wide range of problems such as loss of skin firmness and tone, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, blackheads or enlarged pores. The rejuvenating action of retinol, combined with free radical-fighting vitamin C , not only improves the quality of the skin, but also protects it from negative internal and external factors in the future.

Retix.C Retibooster

Retix.C Retibooster is a multidirectional anti-aging retinol therapy, allowing deep skin renewal at the cellular level and targeted treatment of many aesthetic problems. TGF-beta growth factors at a concentration of 2% enhance the effectiveness of pure retinol (4%) and stimulate the production of lipids in the skin, making the action of the substance less irritating.

Treatment indications include:

  • flaccid skin lacking firmness,
  • discoloured and uneven skin tone,
  • minor wrinkles,
  • enlarged pores,
  • acne scars,
  • blackheads,
  • uneven skin texture

The Retix.C Retibooster treatment involces three steps:

  1. Before the treatment, after an interview with the patient, the skin is cleansed. The specialist applies Booster Serum to the face, which contains vitamin C, ferulic and lactic acid and niacinamide. These ingredients have powerful antioxidant, revitalising and brightening effects.
  2. The second step of the treatment, micro-puncturing or the creation of channels in the skin, allows for better absorption of previously applied active substances and damages the skin in a controlled manner, further stimulating its repair mechanisms.
  3. In the final step, a 6% Retiboosting Complex ampoule is applied to the skin. It combines retinol, TGF-beta growth factors, lactic acid, vitamin E and orange blossom hydrolate. The synergic action of these substances allows for the regulation of epidermal keratinisation processes, stimulation of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid synthesis. After the treatment, the patient receives a sample of the post-treatment regeneration cream for use at home.

The Retix.C Retibooster treatment visibly rejuvenates the skin by smoothing minor wrinkles and brightening hyperpigmentation. The skin becomes visibly firmer and tighter, as well as radiant and revitalised. Skin tone and texture are also improved. In addition, small acne scars as well as enlarged pores and blackheads become less visible. The Retix.C Retibooster treatment results in a noticeable improvement in skin condition.

For optimal results, a series of 3 treatments every month is recommended. During the therapy, the patient should use sunscreen with the highest SPF factor.

Retix.C Eye Plus

Retix.C Eye Plus is a multi-step, comprehensive treatment dedicated to improving the condition of the delicate and sensitive skin around the eyes. It is based on a unique combination of active ingredients that have been selected for efficacy and safety. Retix.C Eye Plus is recommended for patients who aim to rejuvenate the eye area, and those who would like to improve the overall condition of the skin in said area.

Treatment indications include:

  • bags and dark circles under the eyes,
  • dryness of the skin,
  • facial lines,
  • lack of tension and loss of skin firmness,
  • discoloured and uneven skin tone around the eyes.

The Retix.C Eye Plus treatment involves four stages:

  1. After an interview with the patient, the cosmetologist cleanses the treatment area. An acid peeling cocktail (containing 2.5% ferulic acid, 5% citric acid, 5% malic acid, 4.5% lactic acid, as well as phloretin and retinol) is then applied to the skin. The concentrations and types of acids have been chosen so that their brightening, smoothing and moisturising effects complement each other. The cocktail stimulates fibroblasts to synthesise collagen and elastin and reduces the work of the tyrosinase enzyme (responsible for melanocyte activity).
  2. An ampoule with 10% vitamin C, combined with ferulic acid, lactic acid and niacinamide, is applied to the eye area. This stage aims to brighten the eye area and stimulate antioxidant processes. The active ingredients protect the skin against free radicals and additionally support collagen and elastin synthesis.
  3. In order to enhance the effect of the active substances, the skin in the eye area can be treated with micropunctures or microcannulations. The microscopic, controlled damage allows better absorption of the ingredients of the preparations and has an additional stimulating effect on the skin for renewal and regeneration.
  4. Towards the end of the treatment, a nanostructured sheet mask with liposomal complex, yeast extract and American witch-hazel extract is applied to the eye area. Its purpose is to soothe the skin, relieve irritation and swelling.

The Retix.C Eye Plus treatment restores firmness and tone to the skin around the eyes. Thanks to its powerful anti-ageing and antioxidant action, the eye area is visibly rejuvenated. Fine wrinkles are smoothed, the skin is deeply moisturised and brightened. Discolouration, dark circles and bags under the eyes are noticeably reduced. The skin becomes soft to the touch as its texture is evened out. Swelling around the eyes is also reduced, leading to an overall improvement in the appearance and condition of the skin.

For optimal results, a series of 4-6 treatments performed every 7-14 days is recommended.

Both Retix.C Retibooster and Retix.C Eye Plus treatments can be supplemented with micro-needle mesotherapy. Micro-puncturing the skin covered with biologically active ingredients facilitates their passage, maximising the effects of the treatments. The procedure involves performing countless micro-punctures in the skin, which stimulate the skin to repair and remodel itself immediately. During the treatment, growth factors are released, new skin cells are formed, stem cells and fibroblasts are stimulated. The latter are responsible for enhancing the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. When considering micropuncture during Retix.C Retibooster or Retix.C Eye Plus treatments, it is important to bear in mind that the epidermal continuity is disrupted during the procedure, so the patient should follow pre- and post-treatment recommendations and rule out contraindications to the procedure with a specialist.
